Collections of past due accounts are the primary focus of Capital Credit's services. As we are a growing organization that provides career opportunities to its personnel we attract and retain a high caliber of individual. Our collectors are ACA (American Collectors Association) certified, with many having over 15 years of collections experience. Unit Managers and Lead Collection staff have, on average, over 20 years of collection experience.
Each person directly interacting with the debtor is thoroughly educated in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 422a), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (Title VIII of PL 95-109) and the Debt Collection act of 1982. They are also versed in State specific laws as required, and industry specific laws such as current HIPAA regulations. Each collector working with Capital Credit must sign a Code of Ethics and Collection Principals that clearly outlines Capital Credit's collection and behavioral ethics.
